Disappointing recipe. Not enough liquid when mixed- like liquid concrete- so I added an extra egg and a little extra milk. All seemed well so I baked the muffins. The finished product was not nearly sweet enough (and I usually prefer less sugar in my recipes). Maybe the measurements were recorded incorrectly here, but I can’t imagine anyone thinking this recipe delicious.
