Bed and Breakfast Rejected Due to Zoning

According to an article in the Hartwell Sun of Hartwell, Georgia, the city council recently voted 3-0 to reject a plan by homeowners to convert their house into a two-room bed and breakfast. "Every little change takes [the neighborhood] down a bit," said one nearby resident. Which, of course, is ludicrous when it comes to a well-run bed and breakfast.
