Rescued from Ruin

About 15 years ago, John and Audrey Samek walked through the shell of a formerly grand federal-style mansion, kicking rotting spindles out of the staircase and describing it as "beyond ruin." Today, they live in the mansion and the property includes a bed and breakfast.
