Bed and Breakfast Zoning Issues in the News
Sunday October 2, 2005
Although the bed and breakfast industry is firmly established in many locations across the United States, there are still communities in which local zoning ordinances prohibit or seriously restrict B&Bs. In Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, not far from Pittsburgh, local officials recently decided that the maximum number of overnight guests for a B&B will be eight, with no more than two per bedroom.
