Tuesday February 3, 2009
Soon after it was built in 1873, the Batcheller Mansion in Saratoga Springs, New York, was described by The New York Times as the "crowning glory" of Saratoga cottages. Now, it is featured in a new book that includes photographs from the contruction process through the mansion's present-day use as a bed and breakfast. According to an article in The Saratogian, the mansion will be open to visitors this Saturday, Feb. 7, from 1 to 4 p.m.
