At this 1860s Greek Revival mansion on Elysian Fields Avenue, there are eight guest rooms and one guest suite, most offering Jacuzzi tubs and king or queen beds. A guest computer with Internet access is available, and a full breakfast is served.
- Faubourg Guest Suites
Two 900-square-foot suites occupy this raised 1860s Victorian home with an enclosed yard on Frenchmen Street. Laundry facilities are available, daily housekeeping is provided for an additional fee, and no breakfast is served. Children and pets are welcome.
- Faubourg House
The Faubourg House offers two guest accommodations: the 1908 main house maisonette for up to four guests, which includes a queen bed, living room with sofa sleeper, and full kitchen, and the 1910 cottage for two guests, which includes a queen bed, living room and kitchenette.
- La Dauphine
Four suites with queen beds, as well as a cyber cafe, are available at this Victorian home with garden courtyard on Dauphine Street.
- Le Papillon Guesthouse
The owners of this early 1830s pet-friendly guest house, who live in the Creole town house next door, cultivate plants in their back yard and courtyard with the aim of attracting butterflies as well as hummingbirds and songbirds. There are two suites in this North Rampart Street guest house, each with a queen bed, dining area and private entrance. Breakfast is not served, but beverages and snacks are provided.
- Little Eazy, The
The Little Eazy guest cottage on Pauger Street can accommodate up to four people and has two sleeping areas, a living room and a kitchen stocked with beverages. Amenities include a cypress swing in the front yard and a hot tub on the back patio. No breakfast is provided.
- Marigny Manor House
Guests of this 1840s Greek Revival house on North Rampart Street can relax on its front porch or upstairs balcony or in the tropical courtyard. Its four guest rooms are furnished with queen beds and antiques; two have balcony access and two have fireplaces.
- Parkview Marigny
Located on Frenchmen Street on the edge of Washington Square, this Creole town house bed and breakfast with a brick courtyard patio offers guest rooms with queen beds. A washer and dryer are available.
- Royal Street Courtyard
This pet-friendly inn on Royal Street provides nine rooms and suites as well as a tropical courtyard with fish ponds, flower gardens and a hot tub.
- Suite Jazz
There are three guest accommodations available at Suite Jazz on Frenchmen: the 3,400-square-foot Penthouse, offering three bedrooms, two baths, a gourmet kitchen, an entertainment area and courtyard, a laundry room, exercise equipment, a computer with DSL line, a piano, a hammock and a rickshaw; the Romantic Interlude, featuring a queen bed, a two-person whirlpool bath, a living room with queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and a large balcony for entertaining; and the Essence of New Orleans, including a four-poster bed, living room with futon sofa/sleeper, and a large balcony with view of Washington Square and Frenchmen Street.
- Sun Oak Guesthouse
French, Creole, Acadian and mid-French Louisiana antiques decorate the rooms of this 1836 Greek Revival galleried Creole cottage on Rue Burgundy. Visitors to its two guest house suites, which share a kitchen and dining area, can enjoy the landscaped patios and subtropical gardens.
