House on Bayou Road -- Plantation Pleasures
Located on Bayou Road in the Esplanade Ridge neighborhood of New Orleans, this 1798 plantation house is set on two acres featuring a pool, hot tub, gardens, ponds and patios.
Beds: Period antiques and king or queen beds occupy the eight guest rooms (three in the main house, four in the Kumquat House, and one private Creole cottage). Four accommodations feature a Jacuzzi and four have a fireplace.
Breakfast: A full plantation breakfast is served, with champagne brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Olde Victorian Inn and Spa -- Soothing Slumber
Guests can experience the Victorian era throughout this 1840s inn (which is home to several dogs) and its lush courtyard on North Rampart Street in New Orleans' historic French Quarter.
Beds: The four guest rooms are decorated with ruffles, lace, flower prints and period furnishings, and some have a private balcony or fireplace.

Magnolia Mansion -- Garden Getaway
Complemented by oak and magnolia trees, this 1858 raised Greek Revival mansion with 11 Corinthian columns and wraparound veranda is situated on Prytania Street in the Garden District of New Orleans, one block for the St. Charles streetcar.
Beds: Among the themes of the nine guest rooms are Gone With the Wind, Napoleon's Rendezvous, Vampire's Lair and Bordello Moulin Rouge. All rooms contain king or queen beds, two feature Jacuzzis and several have slipper cast-iron tubs.
Breakfast: A continental breakfast of coffee, juice, fruit, bagels, cereal and pastries is provided.
