This dip keeps in the fridge for a few days and is absolutely delicious for a not-too-heavy treat or dessert.
Ingredients:
Combine and cook the first four ingredients over low heat, a slow boil until very thick, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool cooked mixture and beat with 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream. Refrigerate. Cut up fruit to dip.
