Pineapple Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup butter or margarine
• 16 ounces sour cream
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
• 1 20 oz. can of crushed or chunk pineapple (fresh pineapple when in season)
• brown sugar
• about 1 cup of crushed baking walnuts
