Ingredients:
Grease and lightly flour cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites lightly. Add the sugar, flour, salt and almond extract and blend well. Stir in the coconut and drop the dough by teaspoonfuls two inches apart. Bake at 325 degrees F for 13 to 17 minutes until set and lightly browned. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
