An indoor saltwater pool, which can be reserved for an hour's exclusive swim, awaits guests of Eagle's Ranch B&B. Other indoor amenities include a fitness room, theater room (with 100-inch screen), game room (with pool table and pinball machines) and library; outside, the property's six acres provide three nature trails, gardens, lawns, and river and mountain views. A three-course breakfast with white-linen service is available to guests, who can choose from two guest rooms with queen beds in the main house and the coach house with kitchen and laundry areas and room for six. Langley is located about 31 miles southeast of Vancouver.

Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia
Guests of this Tweed Valley B&B in Northern New South Wales (less than 2 hours from Brisbane) can relax in a solar-heated saltwater pool just steps from the door. Two queen-bed guest rooms (with full country breakfast) are available in the main house B&B, which is set on five acres that supply spectacular views from Mt. Warning to the Queensland Border Ranges and is surrounded by a 200-acre farm. There is also a self-catering cottage (with a breakfast basket option, a queen bed, a kitchen and a veranda with barbecue grill) located in a private garden away from the main house.
FRANCE
- Chateau de Villette

On the 185-acre grounds of this 17th-century castle there are a tennis court, outdoor pools and fountains, gardens flanked by two lakes, chapel and reception rooms, guest house and horse stable. Located 35 minutes northwest of Paris near Versailles, Chateau de Villette can be rented in its entirety and provides 11 bedrooms, 11 full baths and three half baths as well as a professional gourmet kitchen.

This entire 17th-century chateau, with 11 bedrooms and nine baths, is available for rent and features extensive gardens and terraces, a 16th-century 1,700-square-foot chapel, a 12th-century tower, antique fountains, a tennis court, and an outdoor pool bordered by 17th-century palace ruins. Chateau de Grimaldi can be found four miles north of Aix-en-Provence.
IRELAND

An indoor swimming pool, sauna and nine-hole putting green are found at the Carriage House, a family-run guest house serving a full Irish breakfast and located 10 minutes from Dublin Airport.
NEW ZEALAND

SOUTH AFRICA
- Jan Harmsgat Guest Farm
Swellendam, South Africa
A 2-hour drive from Cape Town, this guest house is part of a working wine farm with a pool in the Klein Karoo winelands region. Its four en-suite rooms and adjoining lounge are located in the original slave quarters of the farm, which was established in 1723, and several rooms feature expansive mountain views. There is also a private cottage accommodating up to four guests at the property's edge, about a 5-minute drive from the main house.
