Armstrong Farms Bed and Breakfast
A working farm 45 minutes away from Pittsburgh in Butler County, this B&B sits on nearly 1,000 acres. Originally known as the Zimmerman Hotel, this large colonial in Zelienople, about half an hour away from the city, was built as an overnight stop for travelers in the late 1800s. Now renovated to its original charm, the colonial motif can be seen throughout the Inn on Grandview; antiques and reproductions are used to furnish the four rooms, all with private baths.
