Question: Are all bed and breakfasts located in old buildings?
Answer: No. Many bed and breakfasts are located in historic and other older buildings. (In fact, we feature many 200-year-old B&Bs on this site.) However, there are more new-construction bed and breakfasts opening for business all the time.
