Bernerhof Inn, The
Glen, New Hampshire - Held in spring, late fall and winter, three-day weekends at a Taste of the Mountains Cooking School include instruction and wine tasting plus lodging with full breakfast and five-course gourmet lunch and dinner. There are also themed day courses featuring various cuisines. All nine guest rooms at this 1880s Victorian inn have king or queen beds; some have spa tubs.

Captain Freeman Inn
Cape Cod, Massachusetts - During select weekends in the spring, late fall and winter, the Cape Cod Culinary School offers two nights' lodging with full breakfast and a Saturday afternoon class followed by a wine tasting and four-course dinner. Near Breakwater Beach, this Victorian mansion features an outdoor pool and 12 guest rooms (six with whirlpool tub and fireplace).

Notchland Inn, The
Hart's Location, New Hampshire - The Cook Inn the White Mountains package consists of three 2.5-hour classes, each led by a different chef, and three nights with full breakfast, each at a different Mount Washington Valley inn. Class size is limited to eight. Along with the 12-room Notchland, guests stay at the seven-room Crowes' Nest in Jackson and the 11-room Cabernet Inn in North Conway.

Snowvillage Inn
Snowville, New Hampshire - Classes are held monthly at the White Mountain Cooking School. Weekend overnight packages for up to 10 students include lodging with breakfast and dinner, a reception fondue and drinks. Day students are accepted when space is available. The inn, which offers 18 rooms in its Main House, Carriage Barn and Chimney House, will create customized programs for groups.
