More About Chateau de Tennessus:
Few bed and breakfast web sites include an offer to "fish in the moat." Chateau de Tennessus is an authentic French castle, dating back to at least the 1300s. Through the years, it has been owned by various families and at several points in history was ordered to be destroyed.

The castle was purchased in 1989 by English owners Nicholas and Philippa Freeland, who have decorated it in true medieval style. Nearby activities include golf, horseback riding, tennis, and windsurfing.
