Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 inch buttered pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

The innkeeper also likes to add dried fruits and nuts and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually.

The Best Baked Oatmeal, Member WWDJ

This is so delish, gooey on the inside crunchy on the outside, heaven in a pan! I added some vanilla and cinnamon extract just for personal flavor, but other than that followed the recipe to the T. This is just so good, like a song in my mouth!
