Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 2 cups whipping cream
- fresh fruit (strawberries, pears, apples, coconut, pineapple, cherries, oranges, and kiwi)
Preparation:
Combine and cook the first four ingredients over low heat, a slow boil until very thick, 15 to 20 minutes.Cool cooked mixture and beat with 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream. Refrigerate.
Cut up fruit to dip.
