Hummingbird Hill Fruit and Dip Recipe

Cook Time: 0 hour, 20 minutes
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • fresh fruit (strawberries, pears, apples, coconut, pineapple, cherries, oranges, and kiwi)
Preparation:
Combine and cook the first four ingredients over low heat, a slow boil until very thick, 15 to 20 minutes.

Cool cooked mixture and beat with 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream. Refrigerate.

Cut up fruit to dip.
