Ingredients:

  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

Soften cream cheese. Use mixer and mix together all ingredients. Serve over fresh fruit cup. We use strawberries, fresh pineapple, kiwi, green grapes, cantaloupe and/or fresh blueberries.
