All accommodations include a wood-burning fireplace, telephone with data port, wet bar and refrigerator. There are two one-bedroom Cedar Cabins with seating area; two two-bedroom, two-bath Suites with living area, kitchenette and deck; and three one-bedroom Sugar Series cabins with living area and whirlpool tub. The eight one-bedroom Luxury Cabins have a living room, double steam shower and deck with hot tub.
Then there are four even more luxurious cabins: the one-bedroom Castle Rock has a living area, double steam shower and forest-view sunroom with whirlpool tub; the two-bedroom El Capitan has two baths with double steam showers, living and dining area with kitchen, two fireplaces and wraparound deck with hot tub.
The two-level, two-bedroom Sapphire has two baths with double steam showers, living and dining area with kitchen, and deck with hot tub; and the secluded one-bedroom Stage Stop (about 2 miles from the lodge) has a double steam shower, living and dining area with kitchen, deck and hot tub. The Stage Stop also has a separate apartment available.
Guests can make use of the fitness center, putting green, outdoor hot tub and pool, and tennis court. Among the activities provided at the ranch are horseshoes, croquet, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, fly-casting lessons, Hummer tours, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and in-room massage.
Special offerings include the daylong Cattle Drive, held June through September; the four-night Be a Montana Cowboy package, which includes the Cattle Drive and a pair of cowboy hats; the four-night Be a Montana Fisherman package, which includes a one-day guided fly-fishing excursion and a pair of fly-fishing vests; and the three-night Vintners Weekend package, which includes wine seminars and receptions.
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lodge dining room, on an outside deck or in their room; picnic lunches can be arranged.
