North Conway, New Hampshire: A Georgian colonial built in 1777, the Eastman Inn offers 14 guest rooms and award-winning gardens. It also won the award for "best hospitality."
Harts Location, New Hampshire: This 1860s granite mansion in the Mount Washington Valley offers seven rooms and five suites.
New Orleans, Louisiana: The only bed and breakfast on Bourbon Street, the three-room La Maison Marigny is in the heart of New Orleans.
Jessieville, Arkansas: This eight-room B&B also was named the "B&B/Inn with the Friendliest Innkeepers" in the Bed & Breakfast Journal's 2002 Book of Lists.
