The JailHouse Inn Bed and Breakfast was originally built in 1869 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was used as a jail until 1970.
In 1987, it was purchased and converted to a bed and breakfast and it opened as a B&B in 1989. It closed briefly in 1991 but soon reopened with new owners and has been serving guests ever since.
