Innkeeper Eleonora Rezek answered some questions for us, and Jacob Hill Farm was featured in our section dedicated to inns more than 200 years old.

More About Jacob Hill Farm:

The main building was built in 1722 and 1723 by a family with 10 children. Through the years, it served as a private residence and a hunt club before being purchased by innkeepers Bill and Eleanora Rezek in 1991. After four years of renovation work, they opened Jacob Hill Farm as a bed and breakfast.

Zagat Survey said the inn merits "a mag-nitude of superlatives: magnificent property, magnetic hosts, magical breakfasts." Jacob Hill Farm has also been honored with numerous other awards, and it is a AAA four-diamond property.

Cooking classes and wine classes are offered with some regularity at this bed and breakfast, with a variety of instructors. Check the web site for information about "Fun with Foodies" vacations.
